Nope, it has 512 mb of vram which isn't the same as dedicated. COD 5 is intensive and tests even the best graphics cards fitted in desktops so as laptop cards tend to be weaker, you'll need something with at least 256mb of dedicated ram to get a decent frame rate out of it.

The operating system is supplied by the manufacturer and put on before the box is sent out to us. If the unit has been packaged before that date then it won't come with Windows 7.

A recovery partition means that a part of the hard drive is sectioned off from the rest and has the OS stored there in case you need to re-install. This means if the main hard drive is corrupted, the portioned drive should remain unaffected. A recovery disc has exactly the same info on for the same purpose but stores it on a disc.
