The screen looks great, the keyboard feels good to use, and it is more than capable of handling day to day tasks. Delivery was let down by City Link who were frankly, useless, with no apparent interest in customer service. Their customer facing people were good but badly let down by their organisation. Laptops Direct were faultless in trying to deal with the issue, eventually refunding me the next-day uplift I'd paid for.
